Kumusta po! We’re excited you’re here and thanks for checking out Biig Biird in all of its glory! We know there are times when the gathering is so special that you want us to come out to you and that’s exactly what we’re here to do. Everyone’s occasion is important to them and every event is different so it’s giving specifics right now and nailing it on the tail feather are a little tough but we’d love to answer any questions you have when it comes to your shindig. We have a couple of common faqs below but are more than happy to chat about what you have in mind.

Our pricing is broken down into two parts. The first part is the price of the trailer itself, $2500, which is the cost of everything that it actually takes to bring Biig Biird to life. This is everything from gas to propane to oil and all the other life forces that give it its wings. That price also includes staff and cost of travel. The second half of the cost is flexible depending on your event with a minimum of $40/person for 50 people…(or maybe ten people that eat like 50 people). From there the party begins and we discuss everything you want for your event and piece it all together.
Every event request is different and there’s no hard and fast rule for us but much like the restaurant, the sooner you contact us the sooner we can put you in our calendar to claim your spot. We do ask that you pay a 50% deposit to ensure that the date you want is reserved for you.
We get it. Lots of things pop up, things change, and you may have to cancel on us. We won’t take it personally. But we will need to charge back 50% of your deposit for any cancellations after your contract is signed with us because reserving Biig Biird means it’s no longer available to anyone else and it covers the cost of potentially not being able to rebook the day.
We do not provide alcohol at this time but we do partner with our neighbor, The Phinney Station, and they have a really rad Frostē truck that can provide all sorts of great alcoholic beverages. We can help you get in touch with them and if you book them we’ll give you 10% off of our price!
It’s hard planning things, ain’t it? We get it, things change and we can chat about a rain plan if something comes up (it’s the Pacific Northwest after all!). If it does rain and your event gets canceled, we will work with you to see if there are options. Otherwise, we will refer to the details that we’ve discussed in our contract.
