Paolo Guest Chef At FareStart

We enjoyed another fantastic Guest Chef Night at the FareStart Restaurant with Chef @PaoloCampbell of @TheChickenSupply. Chef Paolo pulled out all the stops as he worked alongside our students, graduates, staff and volunteers to prepare a gourmet three course dinner highlighting his Filipino roots and fine dining expertise, with dishes such as bistek tagalog with crispy onion chimichurri and banana upside down cake receiving rave reviews. All revenue generated from the evening supported our job training and placement programs.
